Store your GOODIE BAG in a dry, dark place until you're ready to plant the seeds. For long-term storage, keeping it in the fridge or freezer is recommended.

1- Open your GOODIE BAG and take out the vial with seeds, the peat pellets, the resealable paper bags, and the blank stickers.

2- Fill a cup with water (tap water is fine) and soak a peat pellet for about 2 minutes. The pellet should expand to approximately 2" x 1 1/4".

3- Use the tip of the vial to make a small hole at the top of the peat pellet. Drop one seed into the hole and cover it with some peat using your fingers.

4- Open one of the resealable paper bags and place the peat pellet inside, with the top side facing up. Spray a bit of water on the pellet OR add an extra tablespoon of water to the bag before sealing it.

5- Write the date and the name of the strain on one of the blank stickers and stick it onto the sealed paper bag.

6- Place the sealed bag in a dark, dry place at room temperature, like a kitchen cabinet.

7- Check the sealed bag peeking daily through the clear plastic until you see that the seed has germinated, which should take about 4-5 days. If the seed hasn't germinated after 10 days, you may want to try a different seed. Seeds have a germination rate of over 70%.

8- Once the seed has germinated, open the bag and place the peat pellet in a 1-gallon plastic pot filled with soil. You can use any container you have available, like a red cup, but avoid containers that are too large. Any seed-starting mix will work for the soil. Keep the soil moist but not soaked until the seed starts to develop its first sets of leaves.

Following the enactment of the 2018 Farm Bill, any parts and plant materials of the plant Cannabis sativa L. that doesn't exceed 0.3% of THC on a dry weight basis is considered as hemp and is therefore excluded from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA). As stated on majiruanamoment.net in their article from 04/07/2022: "Because both hemp and marijuana seeds generally contain nominal THC levels that wouldn’t exceed the legal threshold, DEA is essentially conceding that people can have cannabis seeds no matter how much THC the resulting plant might produce, as long as the seeds themselves contain less than 0.3 percent delta-9 THC. Of course, it continues to be federally illegal to use any cannabis seeds with the intent of growing still-prohibited marijuana."

Therefore, buyers bear sole responsibility for using these seeds as collectibles if they live in a state where cannabis cultivation is prohibited. They should only grow the seeds in states that permit cannabis cultivation, such as California, Colorado, Alaska, Arizona, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Vermont, Washington. Please note that cannabis laws and regulations can change over time due to legislative actions, voter initiatives, or other factors. It's essential to verify the current laws and regulations regarding cannabis cultivation in specific states since they might have been updated or changed by now.
